Join chef Julia Shanks as she demonstrates how to use seasonal, local produce to make a delicious dish. We had a blast together at Julia’s last cooking demonstration — and this time, by popular request, Julia will be joined by farmer and Carrot client McDonough Scanlon! Mac is bringing the sustainably-raised produce she grows at High Road Farm in Newbury, MA. Together they’ll show you how to make the most of farm produce and answer your questions on seasonal cooking, sustainable growing and farm-to-table eating.
