Part I: Setting Prices to Support Profitability

December 11, 2025 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

About the Workshop Series

Pricing is more than a numbers exercise: accurate pricing reflects the true value of your products, including the labor invested. Accurate pricing communicates the worth of your work and provides fair returns. Thoughtful communication about pricing strengthens relationships with markets and customers. Most importantly, your pricing is what keeps you in business.

In these workshops, you will gain practical, immediately useable skills on setting prices.

Are you concerned about:

  • Covering costs?
  • Generate profits?
  • Reflecting the value of your farm or food business?

Join us to learn how to interpret sales and expense data, create pricing models, and apply strategies to make pricing decisions with clarity and confidence.

Attending both workshops is encouraged but not required.

Cian Dalzell, Carrot’s Senior Business Advisor and lead trainer will be your instructor. You can read more about Cian’s expertise here.
